PostInstructor of the Yearaward and has been responsible for the design, implementation and coordination of in-servicefirefighter trainingactivities as well as a full-servicefire trainingacademy program. Forest holds numerous Illinoisfire servicecertifications and holds a Masters Degree in PublicSafetyAdministration from Lewis University.
