No injuries were reported ina three-alarm firethat kept Fire Department of New York (FDNY) crews busy for a few hours Sunday morning.
Fire photographer Lloyd Mitchell shared some photos of FDNYfirefightersoperating at the scene of the fire in the two-story commercial building.
Mitchell reported that units arrived to heavy fire and smoke venting from the structure. All companies were withdrawn from building after the second floor collapsed onto the first floor.
Tower Ladder operations were also hampered by a elevated train platform right next to the commercial building. Four tower ladders were put in operation along with three handlines.
