Photos and incident report from David F. Kazmierczak

A jeep struck this porch of a home in Buffalo, New York, then hit another house, severing a gas meter and setting the house ablaze. Members of Rescue Co.1 used the spreaders to crimp the line because the shut off was sheared off.

The gas company could not locate the shut off abd the line had to be dug up. Members of the 3rd Battalion 1st Platoon battled this fire.
