Where firefighters come to talk training

I recently found out that my volunteer dept has the opportunity to train/burn 30 structures due to a highway project. I have burned 5 structures several times, but 30 is even alot for me to contemplate. Looking to you all for ideas/options to get as many depts/students thru as possible, as well as "different" training we could experiment on without live fire, still maintaining the integrity of the buildings. All are 40 years or less old, some may have LWT's, TGI's, anyone ever train/document this? I have a lot of ideas, but looking for CONCRETE stuff, I know one of you has something. Oh by the way, phases 2, 3 and 4 will have additional structures, including muptiple big box, and commercials. Can't wait!

Well I would love to come burn with you guys over there. Let me know if this is something that i could possbily do. I could use a couple of good burns since we have been so slow. Plus, live fire training is always good training. Give me a call.

How is this project going? I realize it has been a few years since the OP, but have you entered into phases 2, 3 and 4 yet? I would love to hear about it.

Thanks,

Jake
