Cordination of Attack

Does your department have a good foundation for its SOG/SOP's do they make sense? Do they build from simple to complex? Does the first alarm have pre-determinded assignments? What is your staffing like? Does the SOG properly address the fireground basics ? lets talk about these questions what can we do to fix or change broken SOG's.

Riding Positions!

Does your Agency Have riding positions for Engine and Truck/Ladder positions? Are you familar with the concept? If you are please comment on how they work for you. If so does the assignment have a tool assignment also? Does the Position line up with agency Standing orders or SOG's?

Chief, I took yourself and Cpt Dugan's class at FDIC this past year and had a good time. I breifly talked to you in Indi about the Metro Pak your department uses. I am currently doing research on a few different hose loads and I have a few questions about the hose pack. I have seen the document on the pack on Dugan's training companies website that you posted and I have many questions. Our department is in the trial phase of the same pack just a different name the 'Cleveland Load'. If you interested in answering a few questions just let me know. Thanks in advance for any help brother.
