Our dept is going through a changing of the guard, so to speak. Getting the guys to accept the new training regiment is a challenge. Especially the older guys that still have the wet stuff on the red stuff mentality. Its a pain, but it needs to be done.

Bio:
I, like alot of other folks, grew up in the fire service. My grandfather is a retired chief and now president of the district, 2 uncles, my stepfather and a cousin are all firefighters. There is nothing else I could be or wanted to be. I am the training officer at my dept and a line Lt. I am also president of the Washington County Fire Service Honor Guard.
