At 9:00pm on March 16, 2010,Stan Morsesaid…: We carry both solid and fog tips for our elevated streams. My preference is to have the solid tip attached. It really depends on the purpose of the elevated stream. A solid stream is much better for fire extinguishment. Better reach and penetration. A fog stream is better for exposure protection. A solid stream may do damage to a structure that you are tring to protect.
