(April 15, 2022) Fort Collins, CO– Watershield Industries is proud to announce the acquisition of C&S Supply of Ft. Collins, CO.
“After 22 years I am ready to retire,” said Carol Stark former owner of C&S Supply, a company that manufactures and distributes nozzles and valves for the fire service. Stark recently selected Watershield as her business partner in order to focus on her retirement plans.
Commenting on this new acquisition, David Hansen, President/CEO of Watershield Industries said, “Carol has agreed to stay on as a consultant which means I will be able to leverage her experience and deep product knowledge during my onboarding process. Other than the ownership change, it’s business as usual.”
C&S Supply will remain in Ft. Collins and Charlie Slocomb will continue as General Manager. Stark concludes, “Thanks for the good years and wonderful memories.”
